Open a support ticket within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Include the order number and describe the issue.

Refund approved
  • Account blocked/unavailable at delivery
  • File corrupted or will not open
  • Wrong format received (session instead of TData or vice versa)
  • Fewer files than paid for
No refund
  • Account banned after delivery due to user actions
  • More than 30 minutes since order delivery
  • Telegram terms of use violated
  • Changed mind after delivery

How to request a refund
