Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the INTmarket web platform (the "Service") at intmarket.cc, including the user dashboard, API, and Telegram authorization bot.

The Service sells digital Telegram account authorization files (session, TData, and related metadata). By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

INTmarket is not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc. Telegram® is a registered trademark of its owner.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or act with consent of a legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate registration data and not share account access with third parties without accepting responsibility.
• Use in jurisdictions where trading account credentials is prohibited is not allowed. Compliance with local law is your responsibility.
• One user — one account. Duplicate accounts to bypass limits, bans, or referral rules are prohibited.

Purchases require registration via email and password or Telegram Login. CAPTCHA protects sign-in and registration.

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Telegram bot is available — we recommend enabling it under Security.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password, API keys, and active sessions.
• If you suspect compromise, change your password, revoke API keys, and use "Sign out everywhere" in security settings.

We may temporarily restrict access upon signs of fraud, API abuse, chargeback attacks, or Terms violations.

All catalog prices are in USDT. Internal wallet balance is also tracked in USDT. Top up via on-chain transfer to your personal address in Balance.

Supported top-up methods include:

• · TRX, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TON

• Crediting is automatic after blockchain confirmation. Timing depends on network load.
• Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender. Service top-up fees (if any) are shown next to each method on the balance page.
• Balance is debited when an order is confirmed. We are not liable for crypto rate fluctuations or transfers to wrong addresses or networks.
• Disputed-order refunds are credited to your internal balance. Withdrawals — via support request, reviewed within 10 business days where justified.

Purchase from the catalog or via reseller API. Stock is checked automatically; partial fulfillment with balance refund may occur if inventory is insufficient.

• Delivery is fully automatic — no operator wait time.
• Files appear under My purchases immediately after payment as a ZIP archive (session, TData, or both per listing).
• Archives remain in your dashboard for 14 calendar days, then are deleted. Download and store files locally promptly.
• Session → TData conversion (where available) runs in the background; notification appears in the dashboard bell.

Product attributes (country, autorég/trust type, age, spamblock, format) are shown on the catalog card. Review before purchase.

We verify accounts before delivery. If at receipt the file won't open, the session is dead, the archive is corrupt, or quantity mismatches — we provide replacement or refund to balance.

Warranty does not cover bans or restrictions after delivery due to user actions (mass spam, reports, Telegram rule violations). See refund policy for details.

Claim review period — up to 30 calendar days from receipt of complete information.

You must not:

• use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, or sanctions evasion
• attack Service infrastructure (DDoS, scanning, vulnerability exploitation)
• resell Service access without the official API
• abuse the referral program, self-refer, or create fake orders
• transfer or publish purchased session/TData to third parties outside your use model
• scrape the catalog beyond API limits (60 requests/min per key)

You are solely responsible for complying with Telegram Terms of Service and consequences of using purchased accounts.

Referral program: when users register via your link, you earn a percentage of each referral order (rate shown in Referrals). Bonus credits after delivery; proportionally reversed on refund. Self-referral and abuse are prohibited.

Reseller API: available to registered users with an API key. Use implies acceptance of limits, documentation, and these Terms. We may revoke keys for violations or abnormal load.

Service design, code, text, logo, and structure are intellectual property of the operator. Copying, decompiling, or creating derivative products without written consent is prohibited.

Purchased session/TData files are licensed for use within your transaction. No Telegram trademark rights are transferred.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted Telegram operation, account survival after your actions, or fitness for a particular business purpose.

• Aggregate operator liability for a disputed order is limited to that order amount.
• The operator does not compensate lost profits, indirect damages, or third-party penalties.

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Russian law (152-FZ). By using the Service, you consent to processing necessary to provide the services.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with the update date. Material changes may be announced via dashboard notifications.

Continued use after publication means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and contact support about remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement — as provided by applicable law.
